Is the target hit indicator completely waterproof so I can leave it exposed to the elements like rain?
The T1000 is water resistant. It can withstand rain while it is mounted on the target. It is not waterproof though. If it falls into water, damage can occur. If any type of impact occurs on the PC board or a bullet hits the aluminum housing, damage may crack the seal in the T1000
