SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The application obtains information, such as shot data, from a MagnetoSpeed chronograph display connected to the device running the Application. Collection occurs in response to a request from a user to collect information from a connected display.
User Provided Information
An email address may be provided to the Application by a user to improve ease of sending information to the provided email address. Providing an email address is optional and is not required to use the Application. Additionally, a user may enter a filename or notes for shot data. Email addresses, filenames, and notes are stored locally on the device and are not collected or made accessible to MagnetoSpeed or any third parties.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application does not automatically collect personal or sensitive information from your mobile device. Time and date information may be taken from the mobile device and saved with shot data.
Anonymous User Statistics
The Application may collect anonymous user statistics including, but not limited to, operating system information, frequency of usage, and crash information. Such data may be received by MagnetoSpeed and may be used to facilitate product development.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Except for anonymous user statistics, no information in the Application is accessible to us or any third party. Anonymous user statistics are not generally shared with any third party; however, anonymous user statistics may be shared with a third party for purposes such as product development.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Transfer of Information
Users may transfer information from the Application to another location, such as by sending in an email or uploading to a Google Drive account. Transfer of information happens at the user’s request at which time the information is handed to the operating system of the device to complete the transfer. As the Application is not responsible for the transfer, MagnetoSpeed will not be liable for any injury resulting therefrom.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We do not collect, access, or retain shot data or User Provided information. We may collect, access, or retain anonymous user statistics. Information may be retained for as long as is deemed necessary by MagnetoSpeed.
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us immediately at email@example.com.
With the exception of anonymous user statistics, we do not collect, access, or retain information from the Application. However, because information may be stored locally on the device, it is possible that information, including User Provided data may be accessed by an unauthorized user of the device if, for example, the device is lost, stolen, or hacked. MagnetoSpeed, LLC will not be held liable for any damages resulting from such an event.
Anonymous user statistics may be stored by MagnetoSpeed. Reasonable security measures will be used to safeguard information accessed or retained by MagnetoSpeed; however, no system can provide complete protection from breach. MagnetoSpeed will not be liable for any damages resulting from a breach of security measures.
In the event that you send your device or information to us, such as for troubleshooting or customer service purposes, you consent to our access and retention of information, including User Provided information. The information may be used for the purposes of resolving issues but will not be shared with any third parties except where needed for the purposes of troubleshooting or customer services. Any information retained by MagnetoSpeed, LLC will be subject to reasonable safeguarding, however, no system can prevent all potential security breaches. MagnetoSpeed, LLC will not be held liable for any damages resulting from such an event.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 7 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
